Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at ctblends@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least then (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return or refund has been processed.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary by weight of the order. You will be given several options during checkout to best suit your shipping needs.

How do i check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us ctblends@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders ctblends@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
